How long until I receive my order?

Items are all prepared individually therefore production time can vary depending on the items and quantity of your order. You will however receive emails as your order and items progress so that you are kept in the loop on the status of your order. 

I only received part of my order is this normal?

Your order may sometimes arrive in multiple packages as we may have some of your orders readily available for shipping whilst the rest of your order may still need made. If you receive a package with only part of your order please check your email for more details as to when the rest of your order will be shipped.
